We can't resist a sweet treat, and these are super easy to do in the air fryer.
1
Tips
- For a richer flavor, substitute whole milk with buttermilk.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon to the dry ingredients for a warm, aromatic touch.
- These doughnut bites are perfect for dipping; try them with chocolate sauce or caramel.
- To make them ahead, prepare the dough and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Notes

1
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray or lightly grease it using oil.

2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

3
In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.

4
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined without lumps.

5
Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, form small, rounded balls of dough and place them into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.

6
Cook the doughnut bites in the preheated air fryer for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.

7
Remove the doughnut bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.

8
Optional: Roll the doughnut bites in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar while they are still warm for added sweetness.
