Our Amazon Music picks

Amazon Music Student Discount

If your study playlists need a refresh, Amazon Music’s three-month free offer is the perfect excuse to dive into something new. Here’s our top pick for this month (and also one of the most-streamed albums on Amazon Music right now):

Harry Styles – Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally

It’s been three years since Harry’s House, and now Harry Styles is back with a completely new sound.

Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally is his fourth studio album, and this time he’s leaning into something more experimental, electronic, and dance-driven. It’s a clear shift away from the polished pop-rock style you might expect, bringing a fresh energy that feels made for late-night drives, workouts, or background study music.

The first single, Aperture, has already hit No.1 on the charts, setting the tone for what the rest of the album delivers.

If you’re looking for something new to soundtrack your semester, this is an easy add. Expect tracks that stick in your head and keep the energy up.

Our Amazon Audible picks

Audiobooks are one of the easiest ways to fit reading into your routine. Walking to class, commuting, or resting between study sessions – all you have to do is just press play.

With the Amazon Audible student discount, you can start with a free trial and explore titles like these:

The Let Them Theory – Mel Robbins

If your brain tends to spiral into overthinking, The Let Them Theory gives you a more grounded way to deal with it.

Mel Robbins focuses on letting go of things outside your control – like what other people think or do – and encourages you to put that energy back into your own goals. It’s clear, direct, and built around real-life experiences, so it actually feels usable day to day, especially for a student in an environment surrounded by loads of different people.

The audiobook holds a 4.7-star rating on Audible, making it a strong pick if you want something practical you can dip in and out of.

A Court of Thorns and Roses – Sarah J. Maas

If you want something immersive, the globally recognised – A Court of Thorns and Roses – is a solid place to start.

Trending for a reason, the story follows a woman pulled into a mystical world – where power, politics, and relationships all collide. It mixes fantasy, romance, and high-stakes storytelling in a way that’s incredibly easy to get hooked on.

Another title with a 4.7-star rating on Audible, and narration that listeners consistently praise. It’s the book you’ll want to keep listening to between classes and eventually go through the whole series.

Our Prime Video picks

Here’s what we’d recommend adding to your watchlist this month:

Overcompensating

If you want something funny but still grounded in real college experiences, Overcompensating is an easy add to your watchlist.

The series follows Benny (played by the hilarious social media star Benito Skinner), a closeted former football player and homecoming king, as he forms an unexpected friendship with Carmen – an outsider determined to fit in at any cost. Set on a college campus, the show leans into the awkward, chaotic reality of figuring out who you are, something that is might be very relatable to a lot of you.

It’s an A24 x Amazon MGM Studios comedy that balances humor with more personal moments, and even though it dropped in 2025, it’s still pulling attention with five-star ratings on Prime Video and a 92% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

56 Days

56 Days is a tense, character-driven thriller that starts with a discovery – a body found in a luxury apartment (the drama) – and works backwards to uncover exactly what happened between the couple who live there.

The story follows Oliver Kennedy and Ciara Wyse, with detectives reconstructing their relationship over the previous 56 days to understand how things escalated. It’s a layered mystery with super-strong pacing and consistent twists guaranteed to keep you glued to your seat.

The series has received several five-star reviews and holds an average Popcornmeter rating of 76%, making it a solid pick if you’re in the mood for something gripping.

Young Sherlock

For those who want some more mystery, Young Sherlock takes a familiar character and rewinds the story.

Played by Hero Fiennes Tiffin and created by Guy Ritchie, the series explores Sherlock Holmes’ student years, long before he becomes the famous detective we know today.

Expect fast-paced storytelling, plenty of twists, and an energetic style that feels very different from traditional Sherlock adaptations. A great option if you’re in the mood for a smart, binge-worthy drama.

Stay tuned for what's to come next month – and remember to take advantage of your Amazon student discount offers today.
